Banana bread muffins are a yummy treat that you can have on any day. Also, they are quick and easy to make. The best thing about them is that whenever you have some brown bananas then you can just grab the other ingredients and start baking. In my house these muffins don’t last very long because we just gobble them up in about three days! We eat them at breakfast in our lunches for desert and for snacks.

Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Muffins
Ingredients
- 1½ Cups all-purpose flour
- ½ Cup Brown sugar
- 1½ Tsp Baking powder
- ½ Tsp Cinnamon
- ¼ Tsp Salt
- 2 Large Bananas
- 1 Large Egg
- ½ Tbsp Vanilla extract
- ½ Cup Butter
- ¼ Cup Milk
- 1 Cup Milk chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 ℉. Then line with muffin liners.
- Mash your bananas.
- In a large bowl mix together, mashed bananas, egg, vanilla extract, melted butter, and milk.
- Mix in the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until you can't see any more flour.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Spoon the batter evenly into your muffin liners and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Let your muffins cool to room temperature before eating.
- ENJOY!!!!!!!
